The customer needed to refresh their storage equipment as part of new projects and the aging of existing equipment. Vallantis was contacted towards the end of 2017 in this context. We proposed a solution based on NetApp technology. Our proposal was accepted based on which we enhanced their existing storage. The storage scenario at multiple divisions and locations were synchronized by Vallantis ensuring smooth functioning and access to their data. This project also involved logistical challenges with respect to shipping the equipment from NetApp warehouse in the Netherlands to the destination port of Luanda which was efficiently handled by our team.

The backup & disaster recovery solution was also provided by Vallantis based on Commvault technology. This ensured a proper business continuity plan from their data perspective. Till today the customer relies on Vallantis to store, manage, protect, and synchronize their data in their facilities based in Luanda and Soyo.
